Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is important, and time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will also be charged 50% of the service cost and must be paid before booking future appointments.
